Cliff began his life-long real estate career as a broker in 1973 and has participated in the successful completion of more than a half billion dollars in real estate transactions. He has experience in variousregions of the nation, under a variety of market conditions and specializes in single tenant, triplenet leased investments nationally. In 1981 Cliff earned the prestigious Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation from the National Association of Realtors. Cliff has worked for private investors, corporations, and government entities to solve complex real estate issues and has qualified as an expert witness in litigation proceedings. Cliff has personally owned vacant land, apartments, retail, office, and industrial properties. He has been assisting his clients in completing 1031 tax-deferred exchanges since 1976. Cliff was named the Broker of the Year for 2002 by the Washington State CCIM Chapter. In 2002 when IRS issued a ruling that Tenant in Common (TIC) ownership qualified for 1031 exchanges, Cliff obtained a Securities license in order to counsel clients on this popular alternative investment.

Amy, is a professional 1031 exchange accommodator. She specializes in working with investors to build their wealth. She appears regularly at national seminars, tradeshows, and in local real estate circles to discuss 1031 tax and investment strategies. She writes for business magazines and real estate publications. Amy is very involved in the real estate community: as an instructor with the Washington Association of REALTORS; Commercial Brokers Association (CBA) and Northwest Multiple Listing. She currently serves on the board and as a Committee Chair for the Snohomish County-Camano Association of REALTORS. She hosts Build your Wealth seminars and is striving to attain the prestigious CCIM designation just like her father.

Todd recently joined the team after graduating from Arizona State University with a Bachelor's Degree in Housing and Community Development. Todd is now well trained on all aspects of real estate development. Todd holds a Washington State real estate license and is working on obtaining a securities license to assist clients wishing to acquire TIC interests in real estate. He is also a member of the Commercial Brokers Association. Todd enjoys the Northwest and its beautiful outdoor recreation sites. He is excited to have joined the team and is working hard as illustrated by his participation in the closing of $17,600,000 of sales during the first quarter of 2008.

Greg has worked alongside Mr. Gustin for more than a dozen years and has been a member of Gustin, Inc. since 2005. He has a strong background in market research and valuations and holds FINRA Series 22 and 63 Securities Registrations. Greg is a Registered Representative with Welton Street Investments, LLC. Greg is a lifelong resident of the Pacific Northwest and is an avid outdoorsman.
